Major Challenges
– Day to day increment of construction materials, transportation, labor, etc costs
– Lagging of contractor. Zaba water development
– Bad weather/ high rainfall during March up to half of may/2018.
– Road inaccessibility of implementation site. For Comprehensive HP construction
– Far distance of implementation Woreda from the regional cluster town, Dilla. Which is 367km in single trip up to implementation site
– Most stakeholder sectors are in far distances and situated in different location of regional clusters
– Budget limitation and even some activities in the planning template are not budgeted. And others very necessary are absent in the template.
– phase I account settlement was an additional assignment & being due expense
